HONEY ROASTED SWEET POTATOES
Oven-roasted sweet potatoes coated in pure honey for a naturally caramelized finish.

Directions:
Ingredients:
2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes with honey, olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking tray. Roast for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden and tender.
